Assam
The story goes back a log way-the oldest and largest Tea Research Centre was set up in 1911, at Jorhat; in 1974 the Centre pioneered an Instant tea Project.

The Nilgiris
In November, 2006, at the first ever tea auction in Las Vegas, a Nilgiri Tea achieved “Top Honors” and fetched a world record price. Howzatt!!!
